SALES MANAGER

POSITION: SALES MANAGER

ORGANIZATION: SALES

REPORTS TO:   CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

LOCATION: SLOVAKIA 

SALARY: 1 300 EUR/MONTH ACTUAL SALARY IS LIKELY TO BE HIGHER BASED ON SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE + SALES COMMISSIONS 

COMPENSATION: BASE AND PERFORMANCE-BASED VARIABLE  

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

 We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales manager who will be able to exceed the sales targets through high performance and positive approach. This is a great career opportunity for someone who want to improve sales skills in a dynamic working environment. Sales manager will be working closely with Partners, Presales, Marketing and other AgeVolt teams 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Work as a true sales hunter, generating and following up on leads and creating interest in AgeVolt solution offerings                                                                        

Identify potential customers and partners 

Qualify leads generated from existing contacts, Marketing campaigns, trade shows and other contacts 

Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners 

Negotiate and close successfully close deals in a co-ordination with the key stakeholders such as presales, solution design, service delivery, marketing, and product development. 

Develop, continuously improve and actively apply competitive sales knowledge and sales tools 

Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline 

Provide ongoing feedback to the management team on opportunities, product/solution enhancement requirements, competition, and pricing. 

Provide sales-specific support to business partners – mainly deal qualification, sales campaign planning, presentations, negotiations 

Extensive travel may be required

SOLUTION DESIGNER

POSITION: SOLUTION DESIGNER

ORGANIZATION: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – OPERATIONS  

REPORTS TO:   HEAD OF OPERATIONS 

LOCATION: BRATISLAVA 

SALARY: TO BE DISCUSSED – FROM 1500 € BRUTTO (WE CAREFULLY CONSIDER YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SENIORITY IN OUR COMPENSATION.)

COMPENSATION: NON-CLAIMS BONUS   

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION  

The Solution Designer is responsible for leading and managing the customers solution design.  

The Solution Designer is responsible for designing, triaging, and costing technology solutions at the scoping stage of a project, and maintain project during its realisation  

This includes delivering solution options, detailed design proposals and estimates, High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD) assurance, and participating on key architecture initiatives prior to submission to the Sales team.  

The role is expected to work on multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently and be able to delegate effectively. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Playing a key part in design and delivery of customer projects 

Responsible for customer solutions design, which will be accountable for defining solution designs and present technical recommendations for specific business objectives and key requirements 

Ensure that solutions not only meet the functional objectives but also meet operational requirements such as scalability, security, extensibility, flexibility, and manageability. 

Accountability for the design and documentation of project architecture solutions. 

Work closely with third parties to define solution options and recommendations. 

Work closely with sales managers to provide key inputs across projects – the Solution Designer will own the technical work stream and be responsible for input across a number of areas, including estimating and planning, resource planning, defining non-functional requirements, implementation approach, etc.

Experience:  

3+ years‘ experience as in similar position 

Education:  

Degree in Technical sciences or Electrical engineering  

Industry qualifications or equivalent professional training.
